On site safety

We understand just how important health and safety on a school trip is for teachers, parents and students alike.

While learning, development and fun are our top priorities, the safety of your trip is of paramount importance to us. We go beyond industry-leading safety standards with comprehensive risk management from an experienced team, providing confidence and reassurance to all visiting groups.

Our trained and experienced staff will educate and help all understand and evaluate hazards, build a healthy attitude to challenges and take this forward into everyday life.

We provide all schools with our comprehensive risk management paperwork (including risk assessments, egress information, policies and procedures) and work with the school’s trip coordinator to make sure that they have everything they need.

What we provide

Pre-trip visit
We understand that as part of your Health and Safety school trip planning, you might want to visit our wonderful locations. If that’s the case, you are always more than welcome to stop by. However, it’s best to book your visit in advance so we can give you a proper tour, sit down with a nice hot drink and some biscuits and answer any questions you may have.
Risk management documents
We will provide you with our risk management documents to review. This will help you write any school-specific risk management requirements for your trip.
Key policies
We will provide any policy you require. As a standard, we will provide our Health & Safety and Safeguarding Policy, but you will also be provided with a link to view all of our policies.
